With her tapestries, artist Margret Eicher makes references to historical wall hangings from past centuries, but draws on modern media for her motifs. From 28 April 2024 to 4 May 2025, the Albrechtsburg Meissen will be showing 13 tapestries as part of a special exhibition entitled "Deep Fake!" in a remarkable juxtaposition with the historical wall paintings of the first German castle building.
